LOCAL authorities in areas affected by heavy rain suspended classes on Wednesday.
 
The announcement comes after the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that monsoon rains would prevail in some parts of Luzon.

Navotas City – Afternoon classes, all levels (public and private)
