PNP congratulates Pacquiao after win over Matthysse

The Philippine National Police (PNP) is one with the nation in celebrating the victory of Senator Manny Pacquiao on his WBA Welterweight Title bout against Lucas Matthysse, according to PNP Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde.

Manny ‘Pacman’ Pacquiao,” Albayalde said in a statement.

(The entire national police force is with the Filipinos in celebrating the win of our national fist, Sen. Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao.)

According to Albayalde, the boxer’s victory, not only in this fight but also in all other fights inside and outside the ring should serve as an example to Filipinos that anything is possible through hard work.

(May this win serve as an example and inspiration to every Filipino that we can overcome our problems in criminality and illegal drugs if we help each other and unite in this fight.)

Pacquiao’s seventh round knockout of the Argentinian improved his record to 60 wins with 39 knockouts, 7 losses and 2 draws. /je
