Number coding lifted Wednesday — except in Las Piñas, Makati
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) lifted on Wednesday the number coding scheme for private vehicles and city buses except in two cities.
In a tweet, it said that the lift in the scheme excludes Las Piñas and Makati.
