MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) has denied the appeal of the three cadets dismissed for their alleged involvement in the so-called oral sex scandal in the institute.

PNPA director Chief Supt. Jose Chiquito Malayo said in a text message on Tuesday the school has upheld its decision to discharge the three cadets – one, who allegedly forced two plebes to perform oral sex as punishment for disobeying order, while the two others watched.
