A man who allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl multiple times, even taking a video at one instance, was collared by joint police forces in Pampanga Wednesday morning.

Marlon Boniol, 49, was nabbed by elements of the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Barangay Poblacion, Apalit, Pampanga, according to a report submitted to CIDG acting director, Chief Supt. Amador Corpus.

Senior Supt. Christopher Abrahano, chief of the Central Luzon CIDG, said the suspect was arrested following a complaint from alias “Ana,” the mother of the teen victim.

Abrahano said Ana reported to their office that the suspect raped and molested his daughter on “different occasions” and he was planning to do it again.

Accordingly, Boniol contacted the victim last week and told her to meet him in Barangay Poblacion. The suspect allegedly threatened the victim that he would post a video of their sexual intercourse in social media if she refused to do so.

The victim decided to tell her mother about the incident which prompted the teen to seek the CIDG’s assistance, leading to the suspect’s arrest. (Martin A. Sadongdong)
