LTO employee shot to death in Davao-Cotabato national highway

MAKILALA, NORTH COTABATO – An employee of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Kidapawan City was shot to death by still unidentified attackers around 7:45 a.m., Tuesday.
Police Chief Inspector Johnny Rick Felogco Medel, Makilala town police chief, identified the victim as Orville Abalos Obelidhon, 38, a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Magsaysay, Davao Del Sur.
Medel said the victim was driving his orange Suzuki Raider motorcycle when the gunmen who had been tailing him shot him, hitting different parts of his body.
The victim was thrown onto the cemented part of the national highway in Barangay Kisante and died instantly.
