LOOK: Comelec receives first certificate of canvass for BOL plebiscite

MANILA, Philippines — The National Plebiscite Board of Canvassers (NPBC) received on Wednesday afternoon the first certificate of canvass (COC) for the Bangsamoroc Organic Law (BOL) plebiscite.
At 4:49 p.m., acting Election Officer for Cotobato City Rommel Rama and lawyer Leylann Generoso Manuel personally delivered the COC containing the results of the plebiscite.
The certificate from Cotabato City is the first COC that the NPBC received among the provinces taht participated in the plebiscite. /ee
