MANILA, Philippines – Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Wednesday, the weather bureau said.

This will be due to the northeasterly surface windflow and the easterlies affecting the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Meanwhile, Caraga will have partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies.
