DID YOU KNOW: LTO registered 11.6 million vehicles in 2018

According to the Land Transportation Office, there were a total of 11.60 million motor vehicles registered in the country in 2018.
This was an 11.38-percent increase from the 10.41 million motor vehicles registered in 2017.
The data also showed there were 2.79 million motor vehicles registered in Metro Manila in 2018, the highest among regions nationwide. —Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
