He added that isolated or brief rainshowers could be experienced in the late afternoon or evening in many parts of the archipelago.

“Easterlies pa rin ang mararanasan, o yung mainit o maalinsangang panahon sa buong bansa,” Belquerin said in his weather report.

Easterlies are warm winds blowing from tne Pacific Ocean.

“Within 24 hours, makakaranas ng mainit at maaraw na panahon pa rin. Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap at expect natin yung mga isolated rainshower, lalo na sa hapon o gabi,” he added.

Pagasa said the temperature in Metro Manila could range from 26 to 35 degrees Celsius.

No low-pressure area (LPA) is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in the next three days, Bulquerin said. /cbb
