Suarez also threatened to report to the Bureau of Immigration about Jinhua’s alleged illegal stay in the Philippines.

But, Ines confirmed to INQUIRER.net in a text message that Jinhua has a working visa and is living legally in the Philippines.

Ines added that the security officer also extorted money worth P2,000 to P3,000 from the Chinese national for smoking near the condominium.

“Lagi niya kinokotongan [pag] naninigarilyo yung Chinese… para di kasuhan ang Chinese,” he said.

The suspect was brought to Makati police station for proper disposition and filing of appropriate charges.
