Gas prices up by nearly P1/L

INDUSTRY players are set to jack up prices of petroleum products by almost a peso per liter effective on Tuesday.
The cost of diesel will go up by 80 centavos per liter, gasoline by 75 centavos, and kerosene by 90 centavos.
Caltex, Eastern Petroleum, Petro Gazz, Pilipinas Shell, and PTT Philippines announced the increases separately.
Last week, companies slightly increased the price of gasoline by 10 centavos per liter but prices of diesel and kerosene remained steady. JORDEENE B. LAGARE
