MANILA, Philippines — Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III agreed with Senator Panfilo Lacson in a decision to cancel Friday’s Senate hearing on allegations hurled by Peter Joemel Advincula, the man who claimed to be “Bikoy” in the “Totoong Narcolist” videos.

Lacson announced on Twitter that the scheduled Senate hearing on Advincula’s allegations, linking President Rodrigo Duterte’s relatives and allies to the illegal drug trade, will no longer push through.
