Otso Diretso’s Gutoc ‘most talked about’ candidate — Twitter

OTSO Diretso’s Samira Gutoc was hailed as the “most tweeted” senatorial candidate, Twitter Philippines said on Tuesday.
Gutoc, along with fellow opposition candidates Chel Diokno, Florin Hilbay, and Erin Tañada, as well as Neri Colmenares, was among the top 5 most tweeted during the election period.
“Candidates have also been actively using Twitter to connect with the general public on a more personal level & to express their stand on issues and advocacies,” Twitter Philippines said. “Among the candidates, @SamiraGutoc emerged as the most talked about on Twitter during the election season.”
Gutoc, who is a Marawi civic leader, was part of the Otso Diretso senatorial slate. She conceded defeat in a video statement to supporters on Tuesday.
