MANILA, Philippines — Peter Joemel Advincula, who claimed to be “Bikoy” in the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” video series, has apologized to the family of President Rodrigo Duterte for accusing them of involvement in the illegal drug trade.

Advincula, who backtracked on his accusations against Duterte’s close allies and relatives, said on Thursday that he surrendered to police to seek for forgiveness from the First Family.

Advincula said that he would like to personally apologize to Duterte and his family, especially his youngest child Veronica Duterte, whose name was also brought up in one of the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” episodes.

Earlier, Advincula said that all of the five videos featuring him were lies perpetrated by the Liberal Party and Senator Antonio Trillanes IV.  He also revealed a plot to oust Duterte, called Project Sodoma. (Editor: Jonathan P. Vicente)
