Stallion-Laguna extended the woes of tailender Air Force after posting a 6-2 home win Wednesday in the Philippines Football League at the Binan Football Stadium.
Abou Sy scored twice while Christian Nana, Jess Melliza, Nicolas Ferrer Jr. and Ruben “Balot” Doctora also found the net as Stallion regained possession of third place after drawing level with Green Archers United at 14 points apiece.
The Horsemen overcame a slow start when Air Force took the lead on Glenn Bulaquina’s opener 10 minutes after kickoff.
Air Force remained at the bottom with just one point in nine matches.
