Vancouver masseur charged with sexual assault

A 61-year-old masseur who worked at a Vancouver massage parlour has been charged with sexual assault.
Vancouver police say Amado Ramos, who worked at Toe to Soul Relax Lounge at 678 West Broadway, was charged Sept. 6 in connection with a complaint filed by a 31-year-old Vancouver woman last month.
The woman claimed she was sexually assaulted during a massage at Toe to Soul.
VPD investigators are appealing to other former clients of Ramos to come forward.
“We believe there may be additional victims who have not yet reported to police,” said VPD spokesman Const. Steve Addison. “Our main objective is identify anyone else who may have been victimized, and to complete full investigations.”

Last month, a 33-year-old masseur Alexander Varfolomeev was charged with sexual assault after a woman reported she had been sexually assaulted in her Downtown Vancouver home by a masseur she hired to provide an in-home treatment.
The woman had used the app called Soothe that matches clients with outcall massage providers.
