Assessment underway for spill found in English Bay

Authorities are investigating a spill located in English Bay on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Canadian Coast Guard, the spill is measured at 220 litres and none of the material is recoverable.
It is unknown what material was spilled, though images from local air traffic helicopters show a sheen on the surface of the water.
