St. Paul’s Foundation Lights of Hope and New Living fundraising event has been lighting up St. Paul’s Hospital since 1998. The annual event at the intersection of Burrard and Helmcken streets takes more than 150 volunteers about six weeks to set up the display. There are more than 100,000 light bulbs and hundreds of illuminated stars in the display.
