Vancouver police investigate suspicious package in Chinatown

Vancouver police are investigating a suspicious package in Chinatown.
According to Sgt. Aaron Roed, cops were notified of a strange package in the 100-block of Keefer Street on Sunday morning.
No details were released about the package, though Roed said emergency response teams were using “a number of available resources to investigate the incident.”
Keefer Street is closed between Main and Columbia streets while police deal with the package.
“This is an ongoing incident and limited information is being released at this time,” said Roed.
