Pedestrian killed in Surrey vehicle collision

A pedestrian has died at the scene of a motor vehicle collision in the 18300-block of Highway 10 in Surrey Friday evening.
Surrey RCMP say they responded at about 8 p.m. to a collision that involved a vehicle travelling westbound on Highway 10 at 183 Street. A pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is co-operating with police during the investigation.
