Looks like a local Langley pup is moving to Riverdale.

Actress Lili Reinhart, who stars as Betty Cooper on the locally filmed Riverdale, has adopted a new pup from a Langley-based shelter.

Milo, a one-year-old miniature Schnauzer mix, came to Reinhart via Langley’s Furever Freed Dog Rescue Society.

The non-profit was started in 2013 by Lisa Gaye and has rescued more than 3,500 dogs from across Mexico, Korea and the U.S. Volunteers with the group arrange for rescue, transportation and fostering of the dogs until they are placed with local homes.

“This is my new baby,” wrote Reinhart in a Feb. 19, 2020 Instagram post. “He has quickly become a great love of mine. Meet Milo, my rescue sweetheart from @FureverFreed.”

After Reinhart’s announcement was shared, Gaye said the rescue’s Instagram page grew from 2,500 followers to more than 14,000.

“My real life very own tiny son,” Reinhart wrote in a Feb. 23 Instagram post, where she is pictured inside a cafe with Milo.

Reinhart’s adoption comes after her co-stars Cami Mendes and Madelaine Petsch, who star respectively as Veronica Lodge and Cheryl Blossom, also adopted dogs in recent months.

In November 2019, Mendes shared a video of Truffle, a Maltipoo.

“I am officially a dog mom. Big shoutout to @thelabellefoundation for bringing this angel into my life,” she wrote of the Los Angeles-based rescue.

Petsch also adopted her pup Olive from the same organization, sharing a post with the dog on Oct. 26, 2019.

Everyone welcome Olive to the family! I’ve always stood behind adopting dogs and I’m so beyond thrilled to have found @thelabellefoundation who do incredible work fostering little abandoned babies and finding them homes like this baby girl ❤️🐕
