These areas of concern, and more, are among the topics for the picking as the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) toasts the end-of-year celebration of ‘Sine Sandaan,’ the year-long celebration of the Centennial of Philippine Cinema that kicked off in September 2019.
