Tesla has met its goal of hiring 1,450 workers at Gigafactory 2 outside Buffalo, New York two months early. Elon Musk says he will deliver a “company talk” there in April.

Sean Ryan, of the New York State Assembly, says that he is “pleasantly surprised” at Tesla’s progress at its factory in Buffalo. He toured it on Friday. “The factory is built out.
