MANILA, Philippines – The water elevation level at Angat Dam dropped to 179.5 meters Monday morning and may hit 173.5 meters by the end of May, a hydrologist from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
