No number coding, odd-even scheme in NCR, Pasig, Cavite for Aug. 13

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) lifted the number coding scheme in Metro Manila on Monday due to inclement weather. The number coding and odd-even scheme in Pasig City has also been suspended Monday, local authorities said. However, its truck ban will remain in effect. Similarly, Cavite City deferred the implementation of number coding in the city.
