‘Domeng’ out of PH; no relief yet from rains

Tropical storm “Domeng” (international name “Maliksi”) will be outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility this morning but rains from the southwest monsoon or “habagat” enhanced by the tropical cyclone will continue to drench most parts of Luzon and Western Visayas until tomorrow.
