Bea Millan-Windorski excited to bring Pinoy spirit to Miss Universe 2026

MANILA — Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Bea Millan-Windorski is excited to carry the Filipino spirit to Puerto Rico, where she will represent the country at the Miss Universe pageant on November 25.

Millan-Windorski recently filmed a promotional video for Miss Universe Philippines before heading to Puerto Rico.

She also appeared on “It’s Showtime” as a guest judge on the “Miss Q&A” contest.

“I really love how accepting ABS-CBN is to the [LGBTQia+] community, especially as the first director of a trans beauty pageant,” said Millan-Windorski.

As she continues her preparation for the big night, Millan-Windorski says she has been feeling the support from the Filipinos — something she says is a reflection of the country’s “bayanihan” spirit.

“I’ve been really feeling the Bayanihan spirit in the lead up to Puerto Rico, and I’m really excited to show the best of what the Philippines has to offer,” she said.

The beauty queen also took time to thank the designers and pasarela coaches she is working with for the pageant.

“I’m proudly representing the beautiful islands of the Philippines in Puerto Rico this coming November 25,” she said. “I’m excited to bring a little piece of the Philippines to the universe.”
