TODAY’S SLANGUAGE: (Gen Z) “Sleeper Build”

The term “sleeper build” is commonly associated with gym and fitness culture. Despite the word “sleeper,” it does not literally refer to a body or build related to sleeping. Instead, it is used figuratively to describe a physique that may not appear particularly muscular or impressive at first glance, but reveals noticeable muscle development when flexed, posing, or under closer observation. A lot of people nowadays prefer a sleeper build.
