Celebrities On and Off the Runway at MNL Fashion Week 2026

MNL Fashion Week has returned for its second edition, and it’s bigger, better, and more intentional about the “why” behind the movement they started. In many ways, it’s more than just an event; it’s a platform for creativity to shine and stories to be told. 

Filipino creatives and fashion fans gather at the SMX Aura Premier’s SMX Convention Center for MNL Fashion Week, which runs from September 3 to September 6. 

MNL Fashion Week was formerly known as BYS Fashion Week, but even with the name change, the goal remains. Founder John Lozano told Metro.Style, “When we started with BYS Fashion Week four or five years ago, the idea behind it really was to elevate and to do things differently. What we did then was we made sure that each show had its own identity. We involved the designers in the conceptualization, the process of thinking of their shows. We wanted to give them a show that would really convey their story. I think that in itself is the evolution that I’m talking about. It’s really giving designers and creators in general a platform to create and to tell their stories.”

Collaboration is at the core of the initiative, and celebrities and personalities are lending their influence and platforms to amplify MNL Fashion Week’s message and help showcase Filipino talent. Some of them modeled for brands and designers, while some joined the A-list guest list to see up close the exquisite creations.
