Sigabo: Gabo, inilatag ang kanyang mga pangarap kay Gloria | Episode 71

After the mock job interview, Gabo (Coco Martin) goes straight to his bedroom where Sam/Gloria (Julia Montes) catches him doing some shadow boxing. He giddily asks her how his performance is, to which she responds by telling him that he will definitely pass, while also reminding him of everything that she has taught him.

Gabo assures her that she doesn’t have to worry because he is confident that he will make it. Rather than the interview itself, Gabo jokes that he is actually more nervous about having

different companies fight over him and being left confused about which one to choose. Taken aback by his overconfidence, Sam simply says that she will pray for him.

The mood suddenly turns serious as Gabo conveys his wish to accepted for whatever job he applies for and finally be able to work, since it has always been his dream to help his beloved family with their finances. He also mentions being inspired by Sam and his dream for them to have a child. Sam assures him not to worry, saying that God will surely grant his wish because of his pure heart and good intentions.

Their conversation once again turns ridiculous when Gabo asks if they can already start having a baby. Sam dodges it anew, reminding him that he needs to wake up early the next day. Gabo, however, takes another shot to charm Gloria by telling her that it would be ideal if they could already start raising their child together while he works and builds up their savings.

Unfortunately for him, Sam isn’t swayed by his words. Instead, she turns her back on him and tells him to focus on earning his first salary first. Gabo continues to playfully pester Gloria by asking for a good reward from her once he’s able to claim his first-ever salary, as well as enumerating his other requests.

He then falls silent as he imagines telling her how sorry he is for lying to her, knowing that he is not allowed to reveal anything about his next mission from Anino. since he’s not allowed to tell anyone about his next mission from Anino. Thus, he can only hope that Sam will be able to forgive him someday.

Sam, on the other hand, admits to herself that what started as a simple attempt to investigate Gabo has gradually brought her closer to him, as she finds herself wanting to sincerely help and protect him.
