MMDA Metrobase releases list of flooded areas in the metropolis

Because of the sudden downpour, various parts of the metropolis got flooded. 

 

Here is the list of flooded thoroughfares that the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Metrobase released:

 

As of 7:51 p.m.

 

LOCATION: Edsa Ortigas Service Road Southbound

 

TRAFFIC SITUATION: Edsa Ortigas Southbound – moderately moving

 

 As of 7:54 p.m.

 

LOCATION: Edsa Shaw Blvd Tunnel Northbound

 

TRAFFIC SITUATION: Edsa Shaw Blvd Northbound – moderate to slow moving

 

CURRENT STATUS: Gutter-deep, one lane affected

 

 As of 7:54 p.m.

 

LOCATION: Edsa Aurora Blvd Tunnel Northbound

 

TRAFFIC SITUATION: Edsa Aurora Blvd Northbound- moderate to slow moving

 

CURRENT STATUS: Gutter-deep,1 lane affected

 

 As of 8:01 p.m.

 

LOCATION: Quezon Avenue Biak na Bato Eastbound & Westbound

 

TRAFFIC SITUATION: Quezon Avenue Biak na Bato Eastbound & Westbound- moderate to slow moving

 

CURRENT STATUS: Gutter deep, All lanes occupied.

As of 9:41 p.m.
LOCATION: E. Rodriguez in front of Delos Santos Hospital
CURRENT STATUS: Impassable
MMDA spokesperson Asec. Celine Pialago says these following areas are also flooded:
1. Ayala Flyover NB (Above gutter)
2. Victory Araneta – (4 feet)
3. Quezon Ave Biak na Bato both direction (gutter deep)
