Main Character Energy: Kapamilya stars reveal the ‘era’ they’re in

Each of us moves through a unique timeline shaped by our goals, experiences, and milestones. Life unfolds in different phases—whether driven by ambition and hustle, marked by healing, or defined by reinvention—prompting us to reflect on the different eras we find ourselves in.

We asked our favorite Kapamilya stars to reflect on the chapter of their lives they believe they’re in right now. Their answers reveal not only their personal journeys but also the relatable seasons of life that inspire and resonate with us all.

Kapamilya singer Angela Ken is now focused on becoming more expressive. She recalled stepping away from the spotlight for a while—a break that gave her the opportunity to discover more about herself and her artistry. “Nandito na ako sa point ng life ko na I got a good combination, a good harmony of my craft and my music,” she shared.

Angela added, “I can express more, without thinking na huhusgahan ako ng mga tao,” encouraging viewers to freely express themselves while continuing to respect others.

“Miss Behave” actress Reign Parani shared that she’s in a chapter where it finally feels like it’s her time to shine. “It’s my turn, it’s my time. I feel like ito na po ‘yung start ng pagwo-work po ulit. I’m super surprised and happy,” she said, expressing her determination to work hard alongside great actors.

Meanwhile, Pambansang Host Luis Manzano admitted that he’s embracing a season centered on family. “’Ayokong umalis ng bahay dahil sa pamilya ko’ era. Thank you, Lord, sa trabaho, pero ito ‘yung time na gusto kong makasama ‘yung pamilya ko araw-araw,” he explained.

For “Half Sisters” star Esnyr Ranollo, this season is all about healing. He proudly shared that he’s exploring and focusing more on himself.

Kapamilya loveteam JMFyang declared that they’re in their “blessed era.” JM Ibarra said, “Looking forward pa kami sa mga paparating pa [na projects],” with Fyang Smith echoing his excitement.

Krystal Mejes affirmed that she’s in her “becoming era.” “Becoming the version I’ve always dreamt of becoming, and being brave enough to step into things that I am afraid of,” she quipped.

“The Loyalty Game” actress Karina Bautista declared that she’s in her fierce, palaban era. Enjoying her 20s, she highlighted, “I’ve been rebirthed. [A] stronger and more confident version of me.”

The lucky stars of “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal” also had fun answers to share. Negi proudly said he’s in a “fresh phase” of his life, reflecting on how much he has changed over the years. Long Mejia, meanwhile, shared that he’s currently playing basketball to stay fit.

“PBB Collab 2.0” alums are now dedicated to building their careers. Rave Victoria is in full actor mode, quipping, “Gusto ko talagang ma-hone ‘yung craft ko and maging magaling na actor.” Eliza Borromeo, on the other hand, is exploring her purpose in showbiz, sharing, “Naggo-grow po ako sa sarili ko, [for] self-improvement.”

Lastly, Iñigo Jose shared his own reflection, recalling how he had asked himself the same question just days ago. “I’m in the era where I’m feeling, going through a lot. I’m just going through with it and just enjoying the whole ride. It’s like a roller coaster,” he explained.
