Imelda (Carmina Villaroel) reminds Ana (Janine Gutierrez) to be vigilant about Ben (Jericho Rosales) in the October 8 episode of “The Loyalty Game.”

During her fitting for her wedding gown, Kat (Emmanuelle Vera) asks Ana about her attempt to hire a loyalty tester for Ben. Ana tells her that she is just letting Diane (Yen Santos) do her thing and execute her strategy in testing the waters with Ben, adding that she had paid her a large sum of money. Kat agrees with her decision, saying that the money she paid is worth her peace of mind.

Ana admits that she sometimes thinks she is just being paranoid, but the thought of Ben lying to her about where he had gone that night continues to bother her. “Am I losing my mind? I hope not,” she tells Kat, who tries to ease her worries, hoping that the loyalty test will help answer her questions.

Kat asks Ana what she would do if she ever finds out that Ben is having an affair, but Ana is unsure of what would happen next.

Ana later visits her mother, who urges her to keep an eye on Ben, whose bid for the CEO position at the Azucarera de Saguil is facing stiff competition from Antonio (Bernard Palanca), the son of the plantation owner. Ana tells Imelda that she is confident in Ben’s skills, but her mother tells her not to be too complacent.

Imelda draws from her own experience when her husband left her, which has left a lasting impact on her up to this day. “It is your duty as a wife na magbantay in every aspect of your husband’s life,” she firmly tells Ana.
