Ryzza Mae Dizon’s family expresses fear over death threats from an unknown sender

Ryzza Mae Dizon’s family has raised concerns over death threat emails sent to the young actress, including messages demanding money and warnings directed her loved ones.  

The family’s official Facebook page, Team Ryzza, shared screenshots of the emails on October 9, alongside a statement expressing their fear over the incident. The Facebook page is primarily managed by Ryzza’s mother, Rizza, and features vlogs about their family. 

In the post, Team Ryzza said the messages came as a shock, particularly because they did not know of anyone they had wronged or had a conflict with. 

“Hindi ko inaasahan na makakatanggap si Ryzza Mae Dizon ng ganitong message at picture dahil wala naman kami kaaway at [inaargabyado] na tao 😔,” the statement read. 

The screenshots showed emails from an account using the name “NLRC-III,” with the email address nlrcra03@gmail.com.  

One message asked the family to send ₱20,000, with the sender saying the money was needed for their child’s operation. The sender also claimed to know their personal information.  

The sender also threatened to involve Ryzza’s mom, Rizza, if the demand was not met. According to the screenshots, the threats referred to Ryzza and her family being targeted both when they were out and when they were at home.  

Another email contained a graphic image, which Team Ryzza included in the screenshots shared on Facebook. 

Team Ryzza appealed for caution and described the experience of receiving such messages as frightening, especially since the family frequently goes out. 

“Sana wag po ganito dahil nakakatakot po makatanggap ng ganitong message at lalo na madalas kami lumabas. Mag iingat po tayong lahat 🙏” the post read. 

The screenshots prompted netizens to express concern for Ryzza and the rest of their family. Some encouraged them to take extra precautions with their online content, including avoiding posts that could reveal their location or daily activities. Others called on them to seek assistance from the authorities.  

“Maybe you should lie low for now with your vlogs… I know you are kind and helpful but please prioritize your security and your children first. Always take care,” the netizen wrote.  

“Report it to the proper authorities immediately,” another added.   

As of writing, Team Ryzza has not publicly disclosed whether the threats have been reported to the proper authorities. No additional information about a possible investigation has been shared.
