New OPM band Last Full Show releases debut studio album ‘Pananaw’

MANILA —  Emerging alternative rock band Last Full Show has released its debut studio album “Pananaw,” which  is now available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music and Youtube Music.

The album features 10 tracks that are “tied together by themes of hopefulness, resilience, and the change in perspective or ‘pananaw’ that comes with life experiences and the passage of time.”

Its focus single  “Last Full Show Na,” was drawn from songwriter Barok Muhlach’s experiences with his late father, the famed movie producer, Cheng Muhlach.

“This song is inspired by Papa (Cheng), who despite his very busy schedule in the entertainment industry, always made time for me, not just as a father but as a friend. Eight years after his death, I am keeping his memory alive, by spreading our shared love for movies and music,” Barok said in a press release.

This track, along with other songs in the album, was mixed and mastered by OPM icon Ely Buendia and recorded in his studio.
