50,000 homes available from Pag-IBIG at National Housing Expo

MANILA — Some 50,000 houses are available at the National Housing Expo, which will be held from October 19 to 20, Pag-IBIG Fund said Friday.

The housing expo will take place at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

Pag-IBIG said house-and-lot properties, condominiums, and ready-for-occupancy units alike will be available. These are housing units built by Amaia Land, Avida Land, DMCI Homes, Filinvest Land, Megaworld Corporation, Robinsons Land, Rockwell Land, PH1 World Developers, Megawide, and SMDC.

There will also be homes from other developers that have been offering homes through Pag-IBIG Fund financing. 

Pag-IBIG said some of its acquired assets will also be offered at discounts of up to 30 percent.

“We want every member who visits the Expo to understand what they can afford, explore homes suited to their needs and budget, and take meaningful steps toward owning one,” said the agency’s chief executive officer Marilene Acosta.

Pag-IBIG said customers who buy their homes at the expo can get their houses at special prices and may get other buyer incentives. Those who have Pag-IBIG Loyalty Cards, meanwhile, may also get special packages from solar energy providers and home essentials retailers at the expo.

Earlier this week, Pag-IBIG announced that it is working with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to build new homes in New Clark City.
