Piolo Pascual appears in Charo Santos’ ‘Rich Boyfriend’s Mom’

Piolo Pascual made a surprise appearance in Charo Santos Concio’s online series “Rich Boyfriend’s Mom.”

“Rich Boyfriend’s Mom” is a series of vertical shorts where the “Maalaala Mo Kaya” host portrays a mother who disapproves of her son’s romantic partner.

In the latest episode, uploaded Friday, Santos’ character is seen at what appears to be a restaurant, talking on the phone with her “amiga” about her son’s romantic interest, whom she speaks ill of.

However, her description of the woman as “unexciting” and “vapid” trails off when she becomes distracted by Pascual’s character. She suddenly finds herself uttering the words “handsome,” “magnetic” and “electrifying.”

Santos then drops her spoon on the floor, prompting Pascual to pick it up.

The scene culminates in the two looking at each other as Gino Padilla’s “Closer You and I” plays in the background.

“Rich Boyfriend’s Mom” is among the content featured on Santos’ social media page, where she has gained a following as a content creator and social media darling, in addition to her established career as a television and film actress.
