Will Ashley opens up about the real score with Mika Salamanca

Will Ashley opened up about the real score between him and Mika Salamanca.

In an interview on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda on Friday, October 16, Will clarified that they are not yet in a relationship.

“Hindi pa, wala pa. Parang ano pa lang talaga, ligawan. Nandun pa kami sa ini-enjoy pa lang talaga namin eh sa ngayon ‘yung mga nangyayari sa mga buhay namin,” he said.

Will shared that Mika had previously turned him down as they had other priorities at that time.

“Talagang hindi lang in-allow ng panahon ‘yung gusto ko that time, that very moment kasi nga marami pa kaming kailangan gawin and ni-respect ko talaga naman ‘yun kasi nga meron kaming mga iba’t ibang careers, hindi naman kami magksama, sa PBB lang talaga,” he stated.

Despite the previous rejections, Will revealed that he eventually decided to try again and asked Mika if he could court her.

“Nagsabi ako ulit sa kanya na pwede ako ulit manligaw? Pwede ba ako ulit mag-try kasi ang dami na rin naming napagdaan. Kumbaga sa dami ng mga dumating na problema sa amin iyon ‘yung naging way para mas maging close kami talaga at mas makilala namin ‘yung isa’t isa,” he remarked. 

In a recent interview on Chika Cart, Will also reflected on how his approach to pursuing Mika has changed compared to his first attempt.

“Well siguro ngayon, natuto na akong mag-express ng feelings. Kasi parang ‘yung mindset ko, take the risk or lose the chance. All or nothing talaga, kasi parang binigyan ka ng chance, kahit sa anong bagay, ‘di ba, ‘pag binigyan ka ng chance, gawin mo na, atleast wala kang regrets,” he stated.

Meanwhile, in a recent interview as reported by Manila Bulletin, Mika shared that she and Will have become really close recently.

“Sobrang close namin ngayon. He has been consistent in pursuing me,” she relayed.
