Arianne at Jelai, ikinuwento noong muntik nang magsuguran | Gandang Gabi, Vice!

If you thought the Showtime Baby Dolls could only make us go “Oooh Lala” with their irresistible dance moves, turns out Jelai, Juby, Ariane, Chole, Eriel, Ina, and Johaira are just as adorable to watch when they’re busy sharing ‘kulitan’ moments and teasing each other, as they did in the latest episode of “Gandang Gabi Vice.”  

But, of course, it’s not always sunshine and rainbows behind their glamorous performances. Like any group, they’ve had their fair share of disagreements, and one particular misunderstanding between Arianne and Jelai almost turned into a full-blown confrontation.  

The Baby Dolls also opened up about the challenges they faced before finding success. Our funny gal Johaira couldn’t hold back her tears as she remembered a time when she almost gave up on her dreams. Johaira shared that life was difficult for her family growing up. Her mom, a solo parent, struggled to provide for their needs, so Johaira had to step up to help support her younger sibling. 

At one point, she thought of calling it quits and heading back to the province as she barely had enough money to pay her rent in Manila. But her mom constantly reminded her to keep the faith, believing that her daughter would make it someday. 

The girls also had to overcome a few hurdles a group. Eriel recalled a time when performance offers were barely coming in, so they had to start looking for individual gigs just to make ends meet, and they were almost ready to disband.
