Christina Nadin makes history as second Filipina to walk Victoria’s Secret runway

Another Filipina has made her debut on the Victoria’s Secret fashion show stage. 

Filipina-British Christina Nadin appeared during the PINK half-time segment of the show in Los Angeles, California on Sunday, October 18. 

She strutted down the runway in a bright pink bra and black flared pants, with a silver jacket draped over her shoulders.  

PINK, a sub-brand of Victoria’s Secret targeted at younger consumers, has been sharing clips and photos of Nadin to celebrate her runway debut.

“Never getting over Christina’s look,” it said.

Nadin, for her part, gave her social media followers a glimpse of the moment she found out that she will be part of the Victoria’s Secret fashion show.

“Secret’s out,” she said.

Nadin is the second Filipina to grace the Victoria’s Secret fashion show, after Kelsey Merritt in 2018. 

Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, meanwhile, was also spotted in this year’s event as a special guest.
