More than 80 developers take part in National Housing Expo

MANILA — More than 80 developers offered homes to customers who attended the 2026 National Housing Expo at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. 

Among the developers who participated are Amaia Land, Avida Land, DMCI Homes, Filinvest Land, Megaworld Corporation, Robinsons Land, Rockwell Land, PH1 World Developers, Megawide, and SMDC.

Customers who will buy their homes from the expo can get a 3 percent interest rate on their homes for socialized housing borrowers, a promotional rate of 4.5 percent for loans of up to P4.9 million, and a 5.75 percent promotional rate for loans of up to P10 million. 

Pag-IBIG said it expects 40,000 customers to attend the expo.

“From minimum-wage earners to middle-income families, we want more Filipino workers to have a real opportunity to own a home. With our developer partners, we are bringing more choices within reach, including in-city condominiums near workplaces, so our members can find homes that suit their families and monthly payments they can afford,” said Pag-IBIG Fund chief executive officer Marilene Acosta.
