Jollibee Group wins PMAP Multi-Year Excellence Award

MANILA — Jollibee Foods Corporation has been honored with the Multi-Year Excellence Award by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), the company said on Tuesday. 

JFC said this was in recognition of its long-standing workplace and talent management practices.

The Jollibee Group was selected as one of four recipients of the special Golden Jubilee distinction during the 50th PMAP Awards Night, held on October 22 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom as part of the 63rd PMAP Annual Conference in Pasay City. The award honors organizations that have earned at least three PMAP accolades across the association’s 50-year history.

The company said its latest recognition builds on three prior PMAP awards. Jollibee Foods Corporation was named Employer of the Year in 1998 and received the honor again in 2024. That same year, Jollibee Group Global Chief Human Resources Officer Arsenio Sabado was named PMAP’s People Manager of the Year.

“Being recognized for our people management practices over the years is especially meaningful because it reflects the dedication and contributions of the people who have shaped Jollibee Group into what it is today,” said Ernesto Tanmantiong, Global President and CEO of Jollibee Group.

Arsenio Sabado, Global Chief Human Resources Officer of Jollibee Group, said the recognition underscores the group’s focus on employee engagement through programs such as its “Choose Joy” employer initiative. 

“Workplace excellence is not a destination, but a commitment to keep getting better,” Sabado said.

The Jollibee Group manages 20 brands with over 10,700 stores and cafés across 33 countries.
