LOOK: “PBB Collab 3.0” hosts bring glamour and kulit to photo shoot
“Pinoy Big Brother Collab 3.0” is finally here!
Over the past months, ABS-CBN Studios and GMA have been teasing avid fans and excited viewers of the highly successful reality show with updates on the preparations for its much-awaited return—from the opening and closing of auditions in August to the unveiling of the much-talked-about premiere last October 24.
But what we may have missed is the hosts’ photo shoot for the official poster and teasers! Collectively known as “Pamilya ni Kuya,” Bianca Gonzalez, Robi Domingo, Melai Cantiveros, Enchong Dee, Alexa Ilacad, Gabbi Garcia, and the newest addition, Michael Sager, came together for the shoot.
As we browse through the photos, we see the hosts express their excitement through their big, bright smiles, flaunt their gorgeous looks in modern Filipinianas and Barong Tagalogs, and unleash their innate kulit while showcasing their admirable camaraderie off-cam.
The hosts took turns posing in front of the camera and switching outfits throughout the shoot. However, the looks featured in the official poster and teaser included Bianca in a rose gold terno with a red bow on the chest, Melai in a fringed purple gown, Alexa in a blush pink Filipiniana with a tiered skirt, and Gabbi in a pink beaded terno with a large floral decor on the front. Meanwhile, the gentlemen sported Robi in a Barong Tagalog with flowing chest panels, Enchong in a barong styled like a suit, and Michael in an embellished barong.
In some of the photos, each host was also seen holding a medium-sized carton box. Robi and Gabbi held one together, with one of the shots featured in the official poster of the “PBB Collab 3.0” hosts. Hosting buddies Enchong and Melai, meanwhile, brought on the laughs with their wacky poses, from Enchong carrying Melai bridal-style to Melai giving him a piggyback ride.
Among the current lineup, Bianca has been part of “Pamilya ni Kuya” for the longest time. After finishing as the 3rd Big Placer in the inaugural “PBB Celebrity Edition” in 2006, the “OG Boarder ni Kuya” officially became a host in the “PBB Teen Edition Plus” in 2008. It was the same edition where Robi Domingo joined and finished as the 2nd Teen Big Placer before becoming the “Tambay sa Bahay ni Kuya” starting with the “PBB Unlimited” edition.
Nearly a decade after being hailed as the Big Winner of the “PBB Double Up” edition in 2009, Melai became an official host during “PBB Otso” in 2018 and was eventually dubbed the “Kuantie ni Kuya.” Similarly, Alexa Ilacad became the “Gen Z Bestie ni Kuya” in 2024 for the “PBB Gen 11” edition, following her remarkable stint as one of the celebrity housemates in “PBB Kumunity Season 10.”
Newcomer Michael Sager has also followed a similar path. After representing GMA in the first-ever “PBB Celebrity Collab Edition,” he was named the newest addition to PBB’s ever-evolving hosting lineup and given the moniker “Kapuso Wonder Host.”
On the other hand, although Enchong Dee and Gabbi Garcia never competed as official housemates, both got to experience life inside Bahay ni Kuya as houseguests. Enchong became a houseguest during the “PBB 737” edition, earning the moniker “Official Homeboy ni Kuya,” while Gabbi, tagged the “Kapuso It Girl ni Kuya,” joined the “PBB Collab” housemates for a week.
