Estrada attends bail hearing in person
MANILA — Sen. Jinggoy Estrada appeared before the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division for the bail hearing on his plunder charge over the alleged flood control kickback scheme.
This is the first time Estrada attended his bail hearing in person.
State witness and former public works undersecretary Roberto Bernardo is set to testify in the bail hearing.
