Cemetery-goers observing Kalag-Kalag 2026 should limit exposure to extreme heat and take precautions against dehydration.

The implementation of the expanded number coding scheme will be suspended on Monday, November 2, according to the MMDA.

As Undas approaches, large crowds are expected at two of Metro Manila’s major cemeteries, Manila North Cemetery and Manila South Cemetery.

Close to 300,000 passengers have already been recorded to have passed through Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) since Tuesday

Foot traffic at the PITX has already reached past 700,000 ahead of Undas or the All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day holidays. 

Hospitals and emergency response teams across Metro Manila will be on Code White Alert from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2.
