Filinvest City expands business hub with new ‘The Quarter’ district

MANILA — Property developer Filinvest City has unveiled “The Quarter,” a four-hectare mixed-use district designed to anchor the next phase of commercial growth in Metro Manila’s southern business corridor.

Situated in Alabang, the new district is positioned adjacent to the upcoming PLDT Campus—which is expected to accommodate roughly 5,000 corporate employees—and the Asian Hospital and Medical Center. 

Filinvest said the development is structured to expand the region’s technology and healthcare clusters, creating opportunities for specialized clinics, professional services, retail, and hospitality enterprises.

The Quarter enters a mature township that currently serves approximately 47,000 workers, over 19,000 residents, and 231,000 daily visitors, the company added. The strategic location features direct connectivity to the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and a planned iconic pedestrian bridge linking the site directly to the PLDT campus.

“Filinvest City’s growth has always been driven by the ability to identify and cultivate new centers of opportunity,” said Don Ubaldo, First Vice President and Head of Filinvest Townships. “Just as the PEZA-registered hub Northgate Cyberzone helped establish the township in the 90’s as a leading destination for the IT-BPM industry, The Quarter is envisioned to be the epicenter of its next phase of evolution.”

The launch follows international recognition for the township, which secured the Gold Award in the Master Plan category at the 2026 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards.
