Joyce Ching and husband welcome second child Enzo Rafael: ‘Officially a family of four’

Joyce Ching and her husband, Kevin Alimon, are celebrating a new milestone as they welcome their second child, a baby boy named Enzo Rafael. 

The actress and content creator shared the happy news on Instagram on October 31, posting moments from her delivery at the hospital and introducing their newest family member to followers. 

“Officially a family of four. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Hello, Enzo Rafael! Welcome to our family. We love you. 🩵🥹,” Joyce wrote. 

The arrival of Enzo was also a family moment for the couple, with their firstborn, Olivia, present at the hospital to meet her baby brother. 

Friends from the entertainment industry and netizens soon filled the comments section with congratulatory messages for the growing family. 

Actress Thea Tolentino welcomed the newborn, writing, “Helllooo Enzo!! Congrats sainyooo🥹💖,” while another commenter noted his resemblance to his older sister: “Congratulations! Kamuka ni Ate Olivia! 🫰🏼” 

Actress Rita Avila also shared her excitement, commenting, “HELLOOO BABYYY 😍.” 

Enzo’s arrival comes more than a month after Joyce and Kevin revealed that they were expecting a boy through an intimate gender reveal at home in September. Their daughter also joined them for the simple celebration. 

At the time, the couple shared that they had both initially guessed their second child would be a boy. Kevin eventually opened a box containing their baby’s sonogram, revealing blue decorations that confirmed their hopes. 

Joyce also shared that she had held on to her feeling that they were having a son, even when she began to have doubts as the pregnancy progressed. 

“It’s a boy! Thank you Jesus. Habang tumatagal medyo nagkakadoubts na ako eh. Parang sa isip ko na baka girl. Pero kasi noong unang una palang na pregnancy, boy na talaga ang hula ko, ang tinitibok ng puso ko,” she said. 

Olivia was just as delighted by the news, expressing her happiness after seeing the reveal. 

“It says boy. (I’m) happy!” she said. 

The couple first announced Joyce’s second pregnancy in May, sharing a family photo in which Olivia held the sonogram of her future sibling. 

“Magiging ate na si Oli!” Joyce wrote in the announcement. 

Joyce and Kevin tied the knot in a Christian wedding ceremony in 2019. They welcomed their firstborn in 2024.
