Trial will begin at 10 a.m. on November 9, with session set to convene in the afternoon.

There will be a whole day trial or from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. the next day, November 10.

Trial will continue on Wednesday, November 11, from 10 in the morning. Session may be convened in the afternoon.

Whole day trial is scheduled on November 12 to 13, and from November 19 to 20.

November 16 to 18 have been declared special (non-working) days in Metro Manila to make way for the 49th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits.

Trial on Monday, November 23, will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Impeachment Clerk of Court and Senate Secretary Renato Bantug, Jr. signed the advisory and a copy has been furnished to the panel of prosecutors and Duterte’s defense team.

It is the defense’s turn to present evidence and witnesses upon resumption of the trial.

It can be recalled that the prosecution dropped three articles of impeachment — the alleged grave threats, alleged misuse and misappropriation of confidential funds of the Office of the Vice President and the Department of Education, and alleged bribery of DepEd officials.

The prosecution retained Article II or the alleged unexplained wealth.
