As soon as his serenade ended, Gabo (Coco Martin) immediately poured his heart out to Gloria (Julia Montes).
“Gloria, sana mapatawad mo na ako. Kung ano man ‘yong mga pagkakamali at pagkukulang ko sa’yo, pinapangako ko, babawi ako,” he began. Then he knelt to the ground with his hands clasped in prayer position, much to everyone’s surprise, especially Gloria.
He went on to assure Gloria that he would never deceive or betray her because he loved and respected her deeply. He reiterated that he would never do anything to hurt her and sincerely hoped she would find it in her heart to forgive him.
“Gloria kahit lumuhod pa ako, wala akong pakialam kahit pagtawanan pa ako ng maraming tao. Gusto ko lang mapatunayan sayo kung gaano kita kamahal. Gloria, mahal na mahal kita. Gloria patawarin mo na ako. Gusto ko sana magkaayos na tayo. Patawarin mo na ako, please,” Gabo pleaded.
Gloria told him to stand up, but Gabo continued to apologize and refused to get up. She eventually approached him and once again asked him to stand. Gabo, however, remained adamant, insisting that he would not stand up unless Gloria confirmed that she had truly forgiven him.
Gloria once again asked him to stand up and even held his hand, which Gabo took as a sign that she was no longer angry with him. When Gabo asked if she had forgiven him and was no longer upset with him, Gloria nodded, prompting everyone around them to cheer.
“Gloria, gusto ko lang malaman mo na sobra kitang mahal na mahal. Hindi ko magagawa na lokohin kita. Sorry talaga. Bati na tayo?” Gabo said, to which Gloria responded with a smile, “Bati na tayo.”
The pretend couple then shared a tight embrace, sending everyone around them into a frenzy.
